Who this is

This site is operated by Connolly Industries LLC. Any question about this policy or your information can go to [email protected].

What gets collected

This site does not run its own analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not use cookies. The only information collected is what you choose to give it:

• The audit request form — your name, company (optional), and email, sent either through Formspree or your own email client, depending on how the form is configured
• Booking a call — handled directly by Calendly once you pick a time, per Calendly's own privacy policy
• The newsletter — handled directly by Substack when you subscribe, per Substack's own privacy policy

Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log the request (including IP address) the way any web request does, per Google's privacy policy.

What it's used for

To respond to your audit request, follow up about a possible engagement, and send the newsletter if you subscribed to it. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond the service providers named above, who need it to do the job you asked them to do (send a form, book a call, deliver an email).

How long it's kept

Only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain an ongoing engagement. Ask and it gets deleted.

Your choices

Every newsletter issue has an unsubscribe link, handled by Substack. To have any other record of you deleted, email [email protected] and it will be handled directly.

Children

This site is directed at business owners and is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it. Continuing to use the site after that counts as accepting the update.
