Two stages, worked in order.
Stage 1
Brainstorm
Five areas where hours leak out of a business: time, reporting, operations, sales, and team knowledge. You work through each one and end with a list of real candidates.
Stage 2
Tool selection
Define the problem before you pick a tool. Most automation projects stall because the order is reversed, so I ask the questions that pin down the problem first.

One build, or a rollout
Your answers point to one targeted build or a company-wide rollout. The framework tells you which, and what to do first.
